Any website can be hacked. We’ll ensure strong security that helps prevent attacks, keeping your website safe from hacking, or passing viruses onto your visitors.
Your website will have regular scheduled backups stored on our secure servers. This ensures if anything were to go wrong, we can restore a backed up version of your website in minutes.
The purpose of our care plans are for preventative care, we will monitor and update software to prevent your site from braking or being hacked.
We cannot promise your website will not be hacked, but can promise we will use the best tools available to prevent this, and assist in the restoration of the website with one of our backups as soon as possible.
Our WordPress Care Plans are predominately offered to our own website design clients, however we’re happy to support your website if you had it designed by another company.

We will your WordPress login details, DNS or domain access, to see how the site was built and if we can help.
If we can help, we’ll then run an audit before we can accept your website onto one of our Care Plans.
The audit costs $175+GST* and includes, a malware scan, security hardening, SMTP setup (if applicable), and initial website backup. You will also receive a downloadable Website Owner’s Manual with your login details.

A monthly report is a proof of work report that outlines what WordPress core or plugin changes occurred on your website (if any) for that month within your Website Care Plan.
Please note: Monthly Reports are sent upon request.
A monthly strategy call is an 30 minute allocated call to discuss any queries or improvements and features that can be made to your website. It could also include any other consultation of other marketing, eg. adwords, email and print marketing that could be produced as part of your marketing strategy.
Please note: Unused allocated Monthly Strategy Call time will expire per month and does not rollover. Strategy Calls must be requested and booked in before call commences and will be provided via telephone or Skype.
Support Time is dedicated time allocated per month for various requests. Small design improvements are the most common requests, however anything that you can fit into your monthly support time is included.
Please be aware that requests for new designs and features to your website may likely result in a formal estimate as these can commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.
